I charge $175/hour. As of 1/1/25, after 40 years as a “regular” counselor working and teaching in several venues, my practice is now devoted to personal consultation for individuals by telephone only.

For most of my career, I worked in person with people—and that’s the best!

But I no longer work in person, and I stopped doing virtual sessions after years of working online during the pandemic. In my experience, the telephone is more gently focused and intimate compared to virtual sessions. Perhaps you feel the same?

Since 1985, I maintained my practice under the aegis of my nonsectarian Minister’s License (see RCW 18.19.040). However, as a personal consultant now, I no longer work with insurance companies, offer discounts, or provide paperwork related to the role of counselor.

If you are a sole proprietor, I can provide you with a monthly statement for “Professional Consultation” for tax purposes.

P.S. I sometimes have a waiting list for new clients, but please don’t let that deter you from contacting me. I don’t work on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, I consider each person’s “application” carefully and choose according to my heart’s guidance about what to do in that moment. All the best to you!
